Who we are. "Bulldozer Studios", "we" and "us" mean Pratik Abichandani, an independent developer trading as Bulldozer Studios. Bulldozer Studios is not an incorporated company; Pratik Abichandani is the data controller. Contact: support@bulldozerstudios.com.

This page covers the website bulldozerstudios.com and links to a separate policy for each game. In short: you never need an account or an email address to play. Deadzone Run and Quicksilt are free games supported by ads and have online multiplayer; Mercy Protocol has no ads and collects nothing. Each game's policy explains exactly what it sends.

What we collect

  • Forms you send (support, contact, data requests and the launch list): your email address and whatever you type in, plus the game, platform and device details you choose to give. With each submission we also store the date, the page you sent it from, your browser's user-agent string and a one-way hash of your IP address. We use the hash only to block spam and abuse; it does not store your actual IP.
  • Server logs. Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard request data (IP address, user agent, the pages you request) to deliver and protect the site. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

The website sets no advertising or analytics cookies and uses no tracking pixels. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when it delivers them (Google's privacy policy).

Why, and on what legal basis

  • To answer support, business and data requests: to take steps you asked for, and our legitimate interest in supporting our players.
  • To send launch and test announcements: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by replying "unsubscribe" or writing to us.
  • To keep the site secure and free of spam: our legitimate interest.

Where it's stored and for how long

Form submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database and forwarded by email to the developer's mailbox. We keep support and contact messages for up to 24 months after the conversation ends, data-request records for 3 years (so we can show we handled them), and launch-list addresses until you unsubscribe or the game launches, whichever comes later. Cloudflare and our email provider may process data outside your country under standard contractual safeguards.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EEA and UK, or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict how we use it. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. To use these rights, email support@bulldozerstudios.com or use the data request form. We reply within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Children

Our games and website are not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age where you live), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the "last updated" date, and update the App Store and Google Play disclosures before the change takes effect.
