Your progress is saved on your device, in the game's private storage. Reinstalling the game or using "Reset save" in the safehouse erases it, unless cloud backup was on (Settings › Cloud sync). If the game crashed mid-raid, open it again: the raid is saved every 30 seconds and whenever the app goes to the background, and the title screen offers "Resume mission".

Open Shop › Wallet and tap "Restore purchases". If the app closed between payment and delivery, the store finishes the purchase the next time you launch the game. Still missing after a restart? Send us the purchase date and the order or transaction ID from your store receipt using the form below.

Apple and Google manage subscriptions, not the game. On iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store › profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. Your benefits last until the end of the period you paid for.

Apple and Google handle all payments, so refunds go through them. On iPhone, go to reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, follow Google Play's refund steps.

Starting a raid costs one flare. You can bank up to ten, and one comes back every 15 minutes. The daily run and the tutorial never cost a flare, and you can top up by watching an optional rewarded ad.

Co-op raids and PvPvE zones are coming in online updates after launch. Leaderboards and server events are available whenever you're online.

Yes. In the EEA and UK the game asks before showing personalised ads, and you can change your choice in Settings › Privacy. On iPhone, ads are only personalised if you allow tracking when asked. Elsewhere you can reset or opt out of your advertising ID in your phone's settings.

Use the report option on their profile after the match, or send us the player name, mode and time with the form below. Cheating gets scores removed and online play suspended.

Every crate card in Shop › Crates shows its odds. Field: Common 55%, Uncommon 28%, Rare 12%, Epic 4.5%, Legendary 0.5%, with a Legendary guaranteed within 20 crates. Paid crates are not offered in Belgium; the free daily crate is.

With cloud sync on, open Settings › Cloud sync on your old phone and create a transfer code (valid for 24 hours). Enter it on the new phone. Purchases you made outside the game's currency can be restored from Shop › Wallet.

Settings › Graphics › Battery saver turns off film grain, rain and high-resolution rendering, and Frame rate › 30 fps keeps long sessions steady. The game turns battery saver on by itself when the frame rate drops.

The plan is that Chapters 1–2 (about 90 minutes) are free, and one purchase unlocks the full campaign. No ads, no energy and no gacha.

No. The game is designed to play fully offline and saves on your device.

Yes. Quicksilt is getting ranked 1v1 with seasonal leaderboards, 2v2 Siege, 2-player co-op in The Dig, and The Long Shadow persistent map. The campaign and AI matches also work offline.

Yes. Quicksilt will be free to play, supported by ads, energy that refills over time, and optional purchases.

No. A pass may sell honours, commander cosmetics and Task Force presets. Stats and units are never for sale, and ranked matchmaking never looks at what you've bought.
